Role Overview

As an RN- Cont I, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while also teaching patients and their families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do

• Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family teaching.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
