As a CommunityManager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directorsand a resource to residents, delivering expert portfolio managementand a higher standard of service. About the Role The Community Manager is responsible for providing high-levelportfolio management to a designated group of residentialassociations. This role serves as the central liaison between BoardMembers, residents, vendors, and internal departments — ensuring theassociation operates in compliance with governing documents, fiscalresponsibilities, and community standards. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact forBoard of Directors and residents within assigned communities. Gain a comprehensive understanding ofgoverning documents, contracts, and community needs. Conduct regular property inspections andprovide maintenance recommendations. Prepare for and attend Board and AnnualMeetings; distribute meeting notices, track quorum, and assistwith voting logistics. Manage vendor relationships: solicitproposals, evaluate bids, draft contracts, and monitor performance. Investigate and document residentconcerns, coordinate resolutions, and respond to complaints. Handle insurance claims, includingassessments, reporting, and repair oversight. Provide monthly management reports withfinancial updates, inspection findings, and operational summaries. Collaborate with Compliance Inspectors tomanage rule enforcement and violation processes. Assist with architectural requests andcompliance with design guidelines. Support long-term community planningthrough reserve studies and budget forecasting. Participate in document amendmentprocesses and assist with FHA approval as needed. Requirements What You’ll Bring Associate degree or equivalent; 3+ yearsof experience in community or property management preferred. Knowledge of association governingdocuments and community operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, timemanagement, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to manage multiplecommunities and foster positive relationships. Experience in vendor management andcontract oversight. Ability to work evenings or weekends forscheduled meetings or emergencies. Full-time, 40 hours per week(Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Requires occasional after-hours andweekend work.
