We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based applications supporting enterprise business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Foundation, SharePoint Designer, and .NET development , with the ability to build scalable solutions, implement workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Foundation-based applications and solutions.
Customize and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and front-end components.
Develop software solutions using SharePoint Designer and .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, test, and deploy SharePoint applications.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions and support application enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and workflow diagrams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure application security, confidentiality, and adherence to development best practices.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience developing SharePoint applications.
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Foundation development.
Strong experience with C# and/or VB.NET development.
Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying web-based applications.
Microsoft SharePoint Development Certification (Mandatory – Certification must be provided).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Lanteria HR Software .
Strong understanding of SharePoint workflows and enterprise collaboration solutions.
Experience creating technical documentation and proof-of-concept solutions.

Additional Requirements

Candidate must be local to Metro Atlanta .
Hybrid work schedule (onsite and remote).
Successful completion of criminal background check , fingerprinting , and Georgia Tax Clearance is required prior to onboarding.
