We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based applications supporting enterprise business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Foundation, SharePoint Designer, and .NET development , with the ability to build scalable solutions, implement workflows, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Foundation-based applications and solutions. 
• Customize and configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and front-end components. 
• Develop software solutions using SharePoint Designer and .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET). 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, test, and deploy SharePoint applications. 
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and support application enhancements. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and workflow diagrams. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Ensure application security, confidentiality, and adherence to development best practices. 

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing SharePoint applications. 
• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Foundation development. 
• Strong experience with C# and/or VB.NET development. 
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying web-based applications. 
• Microsoft SharePoint Development Certification (Mandatory – Certification must be provided).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality solutions. 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lanteria HR Software . 
• Strong understanding of SharePoint workflows and enterprise collaboration solutions. 
• Experience creating technical documentation and proof-of-concept solutions. 

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be local to Metro Atlanta . 
• Hybrid work schedule (onsite and remote). 
• Successful completion of criminal background check , fingerprinting , and Georgia Tax Clearance is required prior to onboarding.
