Job Description

About Us:
Corona Cigar Company is the ultimate destination for cigar enthusiasts. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and expert guidance on premium cigars.

What You’ll Do:

Provide personalized cigar recommendations and outstanding customer service
Handle inbound/outbound phone orders and process online orders
Manage orders, including processing refunds and exchanges
Communicate effectively across multiple channels: in person, phone, email, live chat, and more
Perform shipping and receiving functions to ensure product accuracy
Verify product codes and counts for correctness
Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products as part of order fulfillment
Assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable performing physical tasks such as walking, reaching, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
