Join Our Team as a Delivery Driver Specialist! Compensation Pay Range: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour At O'Reilly Auto Parts, we value our team members and their contributions. As a Delivery Driver Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering automotive parts and products to our valued professional customers. Your safety and efficiency are our top priorities! Key Responsibilities: Efficiently operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers. Utilize delivery fleet management devices to manage deliveries, collect customer signatures, and conduct vehicle inspections. Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained, performing daily inspections before use. Safeguard delivery vehicles and company assets, including keys and collected payments. Pick up customer returns and accurately complete necessary paperwork. Communicate effectively with customers and store management regarding any issues. Report any vehicle maintenance needs or accidents immediately. Ensure vehicles are fueled and secured at the end of each day. Adhere to company clock‑in/out policies. Assist with additional tasks such as customer service, stocking, and merchandising when required. Required Skills & Abilities: Strong skills in matching alphanumeric sequences quickly. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Adaptability to changing delivery conditions. Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with automotive parts. Experience operating light store equipment. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
