Rate of Pay: $23-25/hr

Hours: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:30pm (some weekends as needed).

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership & Training

  • Directly supervise, train, and mentor a crew of 5-10 landscape laborers.

  • Manage site workflow and monitor team productivity and breaks.

• Field Operations & Quality

  • Perform hands-on landscaping: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.

  • Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and heavy equipment (tractors/bush hogs).

  • Identify plant/turf health issues (IPM) and assist with seasonal fertilizer application and winter snow removal.

• Safety & Equipment Oversight

  • Ensure daily tool inventory and inspect equipment for safe operation before work begins.

  • Enforce company safety standards and proper PPE usage across the crew.

  • Drive company vehicles safely to transport crew and materials; report mechanical issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional landscape experience.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Proven ability to operate commercial landscape tools and heavy power machinery safely.

• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required) to direct teams and report site updates.

• Basic math and practical problem-solving skills for daily reporting and material use.
