Qualifications Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to work as a Shift Manager. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure the team meets standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
