What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care for infants, including those <24 weeks gestation
• Manage respiratory support, including ventilator settings (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
• Medicate using Pyxis system, including vasopressors, surfactants, and steroids
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC system
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families using SBAR
• Perform and manage procedures like arterial lines, central lines, and interventions for neonatal abstinence syndrome
• Monitor and support neonates with complex medical needs, including those requiring surgical or cardiac procedures
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or licensure eligible
• BLS and NRP certification
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience in Level III/IV settings
• Proficiency in cardiovascular and gastrointestinal management in neonates
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
