About the Position

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year in ICU License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Hemodynamic monitoring experience (Swans, art lines) Ventilator management capability Strong critical thinking skills 2 years or more ICU experience Description: We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses. Candidates must be device trained and competent with IABP, Nxstage, Impella, and ECMO. The role requires familiarity with critical care procedures. Post CABG, Post VAD, and Post Cath with various cardiac support devices will be performed in this position. Documentation will be conducted using the Meditech system. Clean, professional attire is required with a specific dress code. Hair must be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Visible body art should be covered whenever feasible, and piercings beyond ear piercings are prohibited. Attendance policies mandate punctuality, with a full 30-minute lunch taken. Floating to other units may be required as part of the role.
