American Direct is seeking a Partner Marketing Specialist. This position sits within a cross-functional team at American Direct which is tasked with advancing strategic initiatives for the organization. Being self-disciplined and self-motivated is a “must” if you are to be successful.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to collaborate with national airlines, hotel groups, and major U.S. brands on marketing campaigns.

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for managing American Direct’s current partners. This involves, but is not limited to:

• Being the point of contact for the day-to-day operations of the partnership programs.
• Developing and executing strategies to increase marketing engagement in our partnership programs.
• Communicating effectively with external teams (our partner’s Account Managers and Marketing Managers) and internal teams (Account Executives, Creative Services, IT, etc.).
• Monitoring and reporting on month-over-month performance of our partnerships.
• Developing and giving presentations both internally and externally.
• Identifying net new growth opportunities for our partners.

What You Need to Be Successful

• A 4-year college degree
• At least 1 year of experience in an account management or project management role, including internships
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working with and analyzing numbers
• Strong written and verbal abilities
• Ability to travel as needed (no more than 25% of the time)
