About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Technologist Profession: Cath Lab Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Services Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 9-hour Days with Call Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Cath Lab License: Active state license or confirmation of application process Certifications: ACLS, ARRT, BLS, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Must-Have: High risk coronary intervention and STEMI intervention experience. Must be able to scrub/circulate a STEMI. Willingness to learn circulating/monitoring in neuro interventional for call. At least 3 years of cath lab experience. Description: The Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating in the Cath Lab. The candidate must have experience with high-risk coronary interventions and STEMI interventions. They must be willing to learn about circulating and monitoring in neuro interventional procedures for call. Understanding of EPIC and McKesson electronic medical records is preferred. The candidate should be able to work 4 weekends in a 13-week assignment and respond to call within 30 minutes. A supervisor/charge will be available during operating hours. The dress code includes scrubs, which will be provided. The position requires strong collaboration within a team-based environment while ensuring the safety and care of patients. Candidates must adhere to the drug-free policy and be prepared to produce a negative drug screen.
