As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will work directly with customers to represent a variety of products and services while developing skills in communication, sales strategy, leadership, and business development. We are currently looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client products and services professionally
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on current promotions and service options
• Assist with customer sales acquisition and brand representation
• Participate in daily meetings, coaching, and development sessions
• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Key Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Leadership qualities or interest in professional growth preferred
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation - this is an on-site position
