Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time | Day or Night Shift

Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care | Northern California

A respected healthcare team in Northern California is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care team.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA looking for a full-time position in a supportive, community-focused setting with a strong team culture and beautiful mountain surroundings.

Position Highlights:

Full-Time
Day Shift: 3x12s
Night Shift also available
Shift differential available for nights
$22.25 – $31.75/hour
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

CNA Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs
Answer call lights and support resident care needs
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Monitor for changes in resident condition and report concerns to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident care environment
Provide compassionate care in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting

Qualifications

Current California CNA certification
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide safe, respectful, and compassionate resident care
Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred
