You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing all personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. By assigning employee duties and responsibilities and encouraging teamwork, you will contribute to creating a harmonious and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will inform and educate our employees about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring their complete understanding of food preparation and service.

Your excellent leadership skills will shine as you assist in conducting orientation and training for new employees, as well as providing refresher training to current employees when needed. Supervising employee performance and conduct will also be a part of your responsibilities, ensuring that our crew members adhere to company policies and deliver outstanding service to our guests. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you observe guest reactions to the quality of food and service, allowing us to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations. In addition, you will be responsible for administrative procedures such as cash receipts and store receipts. You will reconcile cash receipts and store bank funds, making daily deposits and submitting deposit slips to the Accounting Office. By enforcing company policies, including check cashing and portion control, you will contribute to maintaining efficiency, security, and profitability within the restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS

We require:

• Ability to speak and read English
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!
