About Our Agency
I've been a State Farm agent for 16 years and lead a strong, team-oriented office with six full-time and two part-time team members. Our focus is on building meaningful relationships with the families we serve and providing guidance to help them find the right protection for their needs. Our office culture is team-driven, supportive, and focused on shared success. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and communicates clearly - someone who has a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
