Travel Med Surg/Tele RN – Sierra Vista, Arizona Company: Fusion Medical Staffing Location: Facility in Sierra Vista, AZ This is a 13‑week travel nursing assignment for a Med Surg/Tele RN. The RN will provide comprehensive patient‑centered care in medical‑surgical and telemetry units, assisting with assessment, medication administration, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications One year recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification Preferred Qualifications NIHSS certification ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification Other certifications and licenses as required for the position Responsibilities Summary: The registered nurse delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care, performs assessments, monitors telemetry, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
