Senior Accountant

Warren Averett is assisting a growing, privately held company in its search for a Senior Accountant. This position offers direct exposure to executive leadership and a clear path for professional growth within a rapidly expanding organization. The Senior Accountant will support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, project accounting, fixed assets, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will also assist with WIP reporting, job costing, audit support, and enhancing financial visibility across the business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and communication abilities Preferred CPA or CPA candidate Construction, manufacturing, or project-based accounting experience Experience with WIP schedules, job costing, and contract accounting ERP system experience Audit and process improvement experience Warren Averett is an equal opportunity employer.
