Senior Ultrasound Technologist Specialty SEIU - Ultrasound

Description Performs a variety of sonographic examinations relating to high-risk OB patients, including Fetal Echo. Assists the radiologist and/or perinatologist during invasive procedures. Makes a clinical judgement of the patient's condition based on information from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Ultrasound training program and is board eligible or RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in OB/GYN. National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (upon hire). National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire). 2 years' experience as an ultrasound technologist. 1 year High-risk OB experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound. Registry with the ARDMS in Adult and Fetal Echocardiography (upon hire). Why Join Providence?
