At SONIC Drive-In, you'll experience a balance of fun and responsibility, great pay, flexible hours, a cool uniform, and camaraderie with fantastic co-workers. Position: Cook As a SONIC Drive-In restaurant Cook, you will oversee the Food Production, Grill, Fryer stations, and other tasks as needed. Responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking food orders to meet quality standards Food preparation and portioning Cooking on the grill and operating the fry station Dressing items to order and packaging menu items Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the food areas Requirements: Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Flexibility to adapt to business needs Effective communication, basic math, and reading skills Ability to follow directions and abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards Previous experience in the restaurant or retail industry is preferred but not required Qualifications: Friendly demeanor with a focus on providing quality service Willingness to cross-train across stations Motivated team player committed to cleanliness and safety Benefits include free food, 1 week PTO, health & dental insurance, and 401k matching.
