To enhance internal operations, the full-time Internal Forward Deployed AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain AI agents and integrations that streamline processes across departments while working closely with leadership and engineering teams. Key responsibilities Design and implement AI agents and automations to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks across the organization Inspect and leverage existing SaaS platforms to build necessary integrations and facilitate seamless workflows Collaborate with department heads to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize engineering efforts for maximum efficiency Required qualifications Five to eight years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with production code and third-party APIs Strong programming skills in modern languages, preferably Python or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in AI and integration work Experience building integrations with business SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Slack Demonstrated experience with large language models and AI agent frameworks in production environments Familiarity with business process automation tools and a solid understanding of security best practices for API integrations
