Key Responsibilities

 

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and conditions conducive to infestations 
• Accurately identify insects, rodents, and other common pests 
• Perform structural pest control treatments in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines 
• Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and exclusion methods safely and effectively 
• Perform pest-proofing services, including sealing entry points and recommending corrective actions 
• Develop and implement customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs for customers 
• Communicate treatment plans, findings, and recommendations clearly and professionally 
• Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and customer records accurately 
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials in a clean and professional manner 
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships 

Qualifications

 

• 3+ years of professional commercial (restaurants) and residential pest control experience 
• New York State 7A and/or 7F Certification (preferred) 
• Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, exclusion techniques, and pesticide safety practices 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a daily service route
• Ability to educate customers on prevention and long-term pest management solutions  
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
