Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients optimize mobility and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience in pediatrics or outpatient orthopedics is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy assessment tools and treatment modalities
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient populations
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Dedication to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
