Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator role supports nursing units on a daily basis by identifying and replacing staff to meet staffing needs. The coordinator works with the Administrative Supervisor to allocate nursing resources in a fiscally responsible manner, manage staffing adjustments, recruit staff for additional hours, and provide excellent customer service. Effective communication, multitasking, and accurate data entry into patient tracking software are essential for the role.
