As a Home Care Aide, you will be providing essential assistance to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include helping with daily activities, offering companionship, and providing the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. *\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\**
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Supporting clients with mobility and light exercises.
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when necessary.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assisting with medication reminders and ensuring a safe environment.
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings, if required.

*\*\*Requirements:\*\**
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Must pass a background check and screening process.

-Applicants who have not lived in the state of PA for the last 2 years will be required to also have and FBI clearances done.

- A Child Abuse Cleanance is also required for any clients where a child lives in the home.

-Also required is one of the following: two step TB test, a TB chest x-ray or a QuantiFERON gold TB blood test.
