  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans crafted to align with clients’ personal goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorder symptoms effectively.

  • Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care strategies to foster their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

  • Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for the client's mental health journey.

Our therapists support a diverse clientele, including individuals battling mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as specialized groups such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse.   • Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
