District Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Job Description

We are seeking a District Manager to oversee high-volume "QSR" across multiple locations. You will drive sales, own regional P&Ls, and directly develop and build a bench of General Managers.

Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 (Depending on experience)
Monthly Bonus Program (based on candidate experience and qualifications)

What We Seek:

Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Corning, Syracuse, or Binghamton, NY market
Multi-unit Restaurant experience required
Proven ability to lead multiple restaurants while driving sales, profitability, operational execution, and people development
Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
Experience developing General Managers and building bench strength
