Job Description We are seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, reliable Dedicated Fleet operating out of the Baltimore, MD distribution center. This position offers consistent freight, excellent weekly pay, and predictable home time with a top-tier carrier. Compensation & Benefits Weekly Average Pay: $1,500 – $2,090 per week (dependent on mileage and stops) Pay Structure: Competitive Cents Per Mile (CPM) + Stop Pay Consistent year‑round freight (recession‑proof account) Home Time & Schedule Home Time: Reliable 34‑hour weekly reset, with the potential for 2 to 3 days home throughout the week. Average Miles: 1,900 miles per week. Operating Area: Delivering to locations in PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC, and Washington DC. Please note: This fleet strictly features no deliveries into New York City or the boroughs. Equipment & Freight Top‑of‑the‑line sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. Pulling 53' dry van and reefer trailers. No‑touch freight involving a mix of live load/unload and drop‑and‑hook. Job Requirements Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Minimum of 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor‑trailer driving experience.
