Scope of Work:

Starting this Friday, October 9th, if possible, from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. This will be for a month, Monday through Friday. We are looking for staff assistance with the distribution of parking decals as we transition to the new parking policy. October 9th through November 5th, to assist residents with the decal pickup and registration process.

The position would primarily involve:

Microsoft Office and Excel

Printing documents

Keeping track of decals and filing information

Assisting with the decal/parking registration process (we can show them the process)

Helping residents as needed

Having someone who is comfortable working directly with residents would be ideal. Spanish-speaking ability would be a big plus, as we have many Spanish-speaking residents.

Overall, we are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable with Excel, and able to assist residents with the process.
