Essential Duties:

• Perform physical exams and preventive health assessments
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests
• Develop, document, and implement individualized care plans
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapies in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent program
• Active registered nurse (RN) license in the practicing state
• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or eligibility for licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience in palliative care or hospital medicine preferred
