Employer: Sensient Colors LLC Job Title: Product Manager Rate of Pay: $155,542 per year Worksite: 300 Atrium Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873. Description: Strategic thinker responsible for managing the Product Life cycle of Personal Care & Specialty Markets portfolio including Product Portfolio management, maintenance, deployment; Develop Competitive intelligence and formulating multiple scenarios for growth; Pricing; Business analysis; CSR application in NPD platform (sourcing); and Co-lead NPD 5Y plan. Manage day-to-day activities for Product Marketing & pricing such as: specifications, complaints, long-term supply, viability, as well as product management issues such as Product Line Management, paring down of resources, development of new product resources, and inventory. Responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting the overall Personal Care & Specialty Markets North America strategy. Collaborate with other functional areas including R&D, technical applications, supply chain, marketing, and operations. Seek someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of value propositions, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Supervises two employees. Travel Requirements: 10% (domestic & international). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Product Management, Marketing or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or any other occupation involving Project Management. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: 1) Experience with a Cosmetic ingredient manufacturing company; 2) Product Portfolio Management and Pricing Management using JDE system, Cognos system; Excel and Power BI; 3) Ability to manage cross functional teams using Microsoft Project Management software; 4) Data Analysis using POWER BI, EXCEL, JDE Systems; 5) Understanding of beauty industry and trends using Mintel, BEAUTYSTREAMS, Euromonitor programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sensient Technologies Corporation
