About the Role

The Company is seeking a President for its Medical Foundation, a C-level executive responsible for the strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and philanthropic performance of the Foundation. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive leader, partnering with the Foundation Board of Directors, health system executive leadership, and various stakeholders to advance the Foundation's mission and align philanthropic resources with the company's strategic priorities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years' leadership experience in a related field, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a proven track record in foundation operations, board engagement, and philanthropic program development. Key responsibilities for the President include providing visible community leadership, fostering a culture of philanthropy, and ensuring the responsible administration of Foundation assets and donor-restricted funds. The role demands an individual with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to lead a high-performing team and inspire collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare philanthropy, be adept at using data and analytics to inform strategy, and possess advanced financial and business planning skills. They must also have the executive presence and judgment necessary to engage with high-profile donors, board members, and community leaders, and be committed to the values of the company, including compassionate, high-quality care and wellness education.
