Member Experience Sales Associate – Lynnwood Orangetheory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching is looking for a motivated Member Experience Sales Associate to join our Lynnwood team. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming and supportive environment for guests while driving membership sales and retention. Responsibilities Deliver a superior member experience, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, supported, and informed. Assist new members in launching their fitness journey and provide ongoing outreach regarding membership status. Maintain a clean, safe studio environment. Provide sales and service to guests to help them set and achieve fitness goals. Strive to meet or exceed key performance metrics. Qualifications Positive, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated. Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills. Experience of 1+ year in a similar role. Commitment to customer care and desire to help others live better. Pay & Hours Pay: $19.50 per hour.
