Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document patient progress accurately, ensuring continuity of care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong organizational, assessment, and communication skills
• Confidence managing fast-paced or rapidly changing clinical circumstances
