Job Description

POSITION: Receptionist

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, providing visitors badge, announcing them appropriately
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving, sorting, and delivering daily mail
Administrative support, order supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Maintain front reception area

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax, copier, printer, etc.)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
Customer service attitude
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
