What Youll Do:

• Play a crucial role in patient care by assisting our dentists with a wide range of procedures, including restorations, extractions, and impressions.
• Perform expanded functions such as placing and contouring fillings, applying sealants, polishing restorations, and taking accurate dental impressions.
• Take and process high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images with precision.
• Perform iTero scanning for impressions, ensuring accurate and efficient digital records.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory to ensure efficiency and seamless workflow.
• Ensure infection control compliance by properly sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment areas.
• Assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and administrative duties as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow!
Tech-savvyfamiliarity with dental software (Open Dental) and Itero scanning is a plus.
People personstrong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance the patient experience.
Team playersomeone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
Detail-orientedknowledge of infection control, sterilization protocols, and OSHA guidelines.
