Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant

Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Columbus, OH location who will support multiple attorneys and/or paralegals in the area of Medical Malpractice Litigation. Responsibilities File and client management, formatting, proofreading and editing of documents, online filings, time entry, expense reimbursements, travel arrangements, and other administrative support duties. Requirements Solid work history including 5-7 recent years providing administrative support. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including attorneys, paralegals and other assistants throughout the Firm. Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software. Experience with E-filing (federal and state) a plus. Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems. Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task. Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to Litigation required. Self-directed, high energy, and advanced computer skills. Exposure to the following practice areas, or a desire and ability to learn these areas, is necessary: Commercial Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and TORT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
