We’re a small, new Middle Eastern sit-down restaurant with a focus on quality, care, and connection. Now, we’re looking for a talented bartender to join our team and help us create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

As a bartender at Fortuna, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting delicious beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engaging with customers at the bar, offering a warm and personable presence.
- Managing multiple tasks, from serving drinks to maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service.
- Upholding our commitment to quality and attention to detail in every drink you serve.

Our ideal candidate is more than just skilled behind the bar — they’re a true team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Here’s what we’re seeking:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience .
- A highly personable and engaging demeanor, comfortable interacting with guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities to balance customer service and bar responsibilities.
- A self-starter attitude with common sense and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and a genuine care for food and drink quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Full-time preferred , though part-time will be considered (minimum one weekend day and one morning shift required).
