- 2+ years of Handyman or general carpentry experience required
- In-home window covering installation experience is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and customer-service focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and stairs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Arrive on time and prepared with the right tools and materials
- Measure and install window treatments accurately for a clean finish
- Troubleshoot install issues and resolve them professionally
- Protect customer homes and leave the workspace clean
- Care for provided tools and equipment
- Stay current on products and installation best practices, including programming motorization and apps
You’ll help customers transform their homes while working with a team that values quality work and doing right by the customer. About Made in the Shade
