- Move heavy furniture and office equipment
- Carry items up stairways and into office spaces
- Load, unload, and relocate furniture as directed
- Follow safety procedures while lifting and moving materials
- Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture safely
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
