Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care across multiple patient units, including ER and Med Surg
• Manage approximately 35 patients per shift in a small facility environment
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Assist with patient stabilization, crisis management, and rapid response
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of nurses and aides to ensure patient safety
• Follow unit-specific protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, including wearing masks during flu season

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• TNCC certification (or scheduled before placement)
• Previous ER and Med Surg experience
• Ability to work 5:00 AM 5:00 PM shifts, including weekends on a rotation schedule
• Flexibility to adapt in a small, dynamic team environment

• Experience in critical access or small hospital settings
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team-based environment
