Network Engineer

Location: Remote

Role Overview

As part of a growing Information Security organization, this role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of identities and the platforms that keep the end-user experience both secure and frictionless. As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer, you will have a lead role across all IAM domains, including PAM, IGA, Audit/Access Reviews, SSO, Directory Services, and MFA. Your work will directly influence how these systems interconnect to deliver automation, resilience, and secure-by-design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for identity lifecycle and security.

Partner with internal teams to integrate applications with Okta for SSO, MFA, and federation.

Resolve MFA and SSO authentication issues involving Okta and Active Directory.

Identify and implement automation and security enhancements for IAM.

Lead the onboarding of new applications into Okta.

Support identity and access integration during acquisitions.

Detect and respond to IAM-related threats, exploits, and incidents.

Collaborate with the Security team to resolve critical identity-related findings.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of direct experience with Identity & Access Management technologies and 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or managing IAM tools/platforms.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Okta (SSO, MFA, federation), SAML, OpenID, OAuth, WS-Federation, and Active Directory. Experience with IAM automation and supporting account provisioning workflows is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Okta FastPass.
