Requirements Licensing: Valid NJ Property & Casualty License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment. Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust. Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other digital communication tools is a plus. Team-focused: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
