Here Is What You Will Need Prior success scaling marketing in multi-location healthcare or retail environments Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to campaign builds, testing, and optimization Collaborative, curious, and data-driven with a bias toward action Excellent communicator and team player with strong interpersonal skills Must have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation Experience in healthcare, retail or multi-location brands A Day in the Life of a Manager, Growth & Field Marketing: Manage select hospital partner relationships, center marketing support, and ongoing engagement Support select new center launches by managing marketing deliverables and lead generation plans Monitor market and center-level performance across entire Solis Mammography footprint and identify opportunities for growth across markets Synthesize cross-functional learnings, identify areas for improvement, work with leadership on market-level and center-level growth plans and execute agreed-to growth plans. Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Brand, and Operations teams to develop and execute volume-driving campaigns Build and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners Propose and test new tactics to drive patient acquisition and referral engagement Serve as the first point of contact for center-level marketing requests and follow-ups Ensure brand consistency and quality across all campaign deliverables Measure campaign effectiveness and generate insights to inform future strategies Why Solis Mammography?
