Shift: 5x8 Days (08:00 - 17:00)

Assignment Details

This position is suitable for first-time travelers with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Requirements

• Valid TX PT License
• BLS Certification
• Experience with outpatient chronic, acute, and post-operative orthopedic conditions, as well as occasional neurological conditions
• Proficient in Epic electronic medical record system

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and functional ability
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress in line with facility standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
