Part-Time Receptionist

Are you friendly, organized, and great with people? Do you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Gymnastics World of Georgia is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our gym, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our gymnasts and their families. This position offers the opportunity to grow in hours for the right candidate who demonstrates strong skills and a great work ethic. This position is part time with shifts on the following days: Monday 9:30AM-2:30PM, Tuesday 10:00AM-2:30PM, and Friday 9:45AM-2:30PM OR Friday 2:30PM-8:30PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist families with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Process class registrations, payments, and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Support staff and management with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide information about programs, events, and policies

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using software for scheduling and payments
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Position Details:

  • Part-time hours with potential for increased hours for the right candidate
  • Wednesday and Friday from 2PM-8:45PM.
