Physical Therapist Position at Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are hiring for a per diem position to support our Home Care Department, working with independently living residents. No travel! All of our clients live within our gated community, recently named Asbury Park Press Best of the Best in 6 categories including Best Home Health Care Services.We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.Experience with seniors in home care setting preferredExperience with OASIS is a plusPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
