Qualifications 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required. We love training enthusiastic newcomers and dental assisting school graduates. Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-focused approach to easing dental anxieties. A naturally positive attitude, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a highly collaborative team-player mindset. This position is safety-sensitive and requires successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening. The practice follows all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines. Responsibilities Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists during general and preventive dental procedures. Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their appointments, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for at every step. Prepare, sterilize, and turn over instruments and treatment rooms cleanly and efficiently according to strict safety protocols. Work hand‑in‑hand with our frontline and clinical staff to maintain a smooth daily patient flow and an upbeat office vibe.
