Chart and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information for each resident. Monitor, measure, and document patients’ vital signs on the MAR computer. Support treatment goals by assisting clients with prescribed medications, exercises, and ambulation activities. Perform frequent cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a healthy environment for patients. Assist nursing staff with diverse care needs of dementia and Alzheimer residents. Respond to patient emergencies and physically stressful situations, restoring calm or administering treatments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Med Tech certification required. Current certificate in first aid and CPR preferred. Significant experience working in a home health care environment is strongly preferred. Good communication skills. Able to lift heavy objects, help move clients, and perform physical tasks. Comfortable using medical technologies and lab equipment.
