Roosters Men's Grooming Center is looking for an experienced barber or stylist who is passionate about their craft, enjoys working with men's hair and grooming, and wants to grow their clientele in a professional, upscale environment.

Compensation includes guaranteed $15/hour plus tips, with commission earning potential that allows established barbers and stylists to earn approximately $25–$35+ per hour based on performance and clientele.

As a Roosters Barber/Stylist, you'll provide high-quality grooming services while creating an experience that keeps guests coming back. You'll provide men's haircuts, styling, beard trims, and grooming services, deliver excellent customer service from consultation to finished look, build strong relationships with your guests, grow and maintain your clientele, encourage rebooking and client retention, recommend retail products based on guest needs, maintain a clean, professional workstation, stay current on men's grooming trends, techniques, and styles, and work as part of a positive and supportive team.

We're looking for someone who holds a current Tennessee Barber or Cosmetology License, has experience cutting and styling hair, is comfortable with men's grooming services, is dependable, professional, and motivated, has strong communication and customer service skills, enjoys building relationships with clients, wants to continue learning and improving their craft, and is motivated to grow both their clientele and earning potential. Experience with fades, clipper cuts, beard grooming, and men's styling is a plus.
