Distribution Manager

One of my clients is currently seeking a Site Manager for their facility located just outside of Fort Worth, TX. They are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in kitting, light assembly, and value-added fulfillment services. Our clients rely on us for accuracy, speed, and flexibility—and we’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations at one of our facilities. The Role As Site Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of the site, with a strong focus on kitting operations. You’ll lead warehouse staff, manage workflows, hit SLAs, and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity. This is a highly operational role for someone who thrives on the floor, not just behind a desk. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, including kitting, assembly, packing, and outbound shipping Lead, train, and manage supervisors and hourly associates Plan labor and resources to meet volume forecasts and client SLAs Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with SOPs Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and process flow Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility Partner with clients and internal teams to support new programs and launches Track KPIs and report on performance, issues, and improvements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of warehouse or 3PL operations experience Proven experience managing kitting, light assembly, or value-added services Strong people leadership skills in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of labor planning, inventory flow, and WMS systems Comfortable being hands-on and making real-time decisions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience in high-mix, variable-volume operations Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or regulated environments Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Judge Direct Placement
